Thank You!

Thank you for applying! You will receive a notification shortly regarding your application confirmation.

In the meantime, please review our rules & regulations below.

Rules and Regulations

  1. This market is an artisan market. Not a buy/sell show, flea market, or arts and crafts show. For this market purposes, definition of “artisan” is: a product created by combining one or more mediums and, with or without the use of tools, an entirely different item is created. Examples: wood turned into home decor, furniture, beads and wire turned into jewelry, clay turned into pottery, yarn turned into clothing, flour and sugar turned into cakes, etc. These are just a few of the many examples of artisan products.
  2. Items not created by the exhibitor or artist are NOT permitted, and items not considered artisan are not permitted. Examples: vinyl decal work, sublimation on any item, tumblers, laser etching, resale of wholesale items, copyrighted images not licensed to the artist, etc. Food artists must handcraft their meals. No purchased frozen foods or “fair” foods allowed, such as corn dogs, cotton candy, funnel cakes, etc. Failure to abide by this rule may result in being asked to put away such items and will result in not being allowed to participate in future markets.
  3. All artists will be assigned a site number and arrival time for the morning of the market. This is to expedite the flow of traffic in our limited space. Please DO NOT arrive before your assigned time. When you arrive on Saturday morning, please unload your vehicle quickly and move your vehicle as soon as possible before beginning to setup. This clears the way for other vehicles. There will be staff on hand to assist you with this. All sites will be available for pre-set up the Friday before from sunrise to sunset. The property is fenced and gated, but we recommend only leaving your tents and tables due to weather uncertainty.
  4. Booths may not be dismantled before 3:00pm on Saturday. For safety reasons, NO cars may be brought into the display area until visitors have left. Please have your booth completely packed and boxed up before bringing your vehicle to your site to load. Failure to abide by this will result in not being allowed to participate in future markets.
  5. Your registration reserves a 10×10 site that is assigned at our discretion to ensure the same products are not showcased side-by-side, as well as to offer a variety to our visitors. If you have a special request as far as location, or to be beside a specific artist, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill requests.
  6. In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made regarding the Market. There is not a rain date or alternate date.
  7. We provide the land and port-a-potties. You are responsible for supplying a tent, tables, chairs, etc.
  8. No bare tables or poster board signs are allowed. Your display is what will attract visitors to your booth. Your quality product and winning personality is what will keep them there. Please put some thought and effort into your display.
  9. No generators are allowed. If you need electricity for the completion of your product only (food, pottery wheel, etc.) there are limited sites available. We cannot give electrical sites to people who want them to run fans in their booths. Sorry.
  10. Due to fire hazards, there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the Elevate Artisan Market grounds.
  11. Elevate Artisan Market is a pet-friendly event. All pets must stay leashed and please clean up after them.
  12. As always, we do not charge a booth fee to artists for participation in Elevate. With that in mind, please be considerate of artists that may be on our waiting list. If for some reason you have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone waiting can take your place. No-shows will not be allowed to participate in future markets.
  13. We reserve the right to limit the number of artists displaying the same type of medium. In the interest of fairness, we try to keep a balance between all types of art for our artists’ sake and for the variety for our customers.
  14. If you haven’t already, please “like” the Elevate Artisan Market Facebook page and share it. If you have a logo and shareable photos of yourself and your art, send them to us and we’ll promote your participation in the Market. Please limit photos to 4, and we reserve the right to not use all or any photos submitted.
  15. We will communicate primarily through email and our private Facebook group. If you aren’t already a member of this group, please join it. PLEASE check your email and this group regularly for any updates, especially as it gets closer to the Market. We have found this is the most efficient way to communicate with everyone. Facebook search: Elevate Artisan Market Artists Closed Group.
  16. Sharing of your booth space with another artisan is permitted, but ONLY with permission from the Market coordinator.
  17. Lastly, because we are an artisan Market, you, the artist, are as much on display as your craft. Our guests are interested in what you do, how you do it. etc. and we’ve committed to educating our guests about our talents. So, if possible, we strongly encourage you to demonstrate your work at your booth. It helps engage visitors and maybe, just maybe, light their creativity. If you aren’t able to do your work on-site, consider photos of yourself in action.
